The easiest thing to do is subscribe by RSS feed, which will load as a live bookmark. Simply click the blue or orange button on the right side of the http address window and subscribe with your favorite reader.
Alternatively, if you already have a wordpress account, go to the Blog Info menu and click subscribe.
If you prefer to get updates by email, click on the “subscribe by email” link (first item on the column to the right), which will take you to Feedburner, and they’ll set you up nice and quick.
